[Bug 241050] Re: Rendering issues in CalPoly's uPortal

I was working on these channels a bit.  Adding an entry to the Workflow
Dashboard results in correct rendering of the page.  I'm not sure why
this would be.  The only difference is that the table contains another
<tr> tag and now cantains tds instead of only ths.
