Binary package hint: mozilla-firefox

Dates returned from JavaScript are offset by 24+ hours when using
'America/Caracas' timezone

For example: typing in the address bar "javascript:alert(new Date())" shows: "Thu Jun 26 2008 09:03:06 GMT+1930 (VET)"
when the correct time is: Wed, 25 Jun 2008 09:03:06 -0430
