[Bug 244142] [NEW] Picasa "Download Album" link does nothing

Ubuntu Version 8.04

Picasa Version 2.70 Build 37.3615,0

When I click on the "Download Album" link nothing happens no matter what
I do.

However the first time I clicked on it .. a dialog popped up asking me
to select an application ... which I think just set up everything
correctly in firefox's about:config page as described on this page

But now ... nothing happens ... restarting the browser or the os ...
clicking the link with and without picasa running all does nothing.
