[Bug 198814] [NEW] right clicking on tag in smart bookmarks exposes bug

Opening the Smart Bookmarks, clicking on "Recent Tags" and then right-clicking on one of the tags - causes a pop-up,
title "Assertion Failed"

with the following information:
