[Bug 199666] [NEW] add apport hooks from firefox 2 package

Binary package hint: firefox-3.0

somehow our apport hooks were forgotten. this is really important for
bug triage and thus has a high importance.

the ffox 2 hook script can still be found in the firefox-2 package:

   /usr/share/apport/package-hooks/firefox-2.py
