[Bug 200601] [NEW] scrolling the mouse wheel over the tabs does not change tabs

Binary package hint: firefox-3.0

In every gnome app, scrolling up or down the mouse wheel changes the
active tab. In Firefox this does not work, which detracts from
integration.
