Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: firefox
When I click on images and drag them out of the application window, the
entire browser crashes. It loads back up properly, but it just crashes
temporarily if I click an image and drag it out of the browser. I do
have Compiz installed, so I don't know if that would cause any error
like that. I have only tried it a few times, but it was not hard to
replicate.
I'm using:
Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.8.1.12) Gecko/20080207 Ubuntu/7.10 (gutsy) Firefox/2.0.0.12
I guess what I was expecting to happen was either the image location to
be dropped in a text field, or the image to be put into an image editor
(e.g. The GIMP.)
