[Bug 202106] [NEW] Causes quite a few wakeups

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: xulrunner-1.9

PowerTOP says that Epiphany wakes up ~55 times per second caused by
"futex_wait (hrtimer_wakeup). Looking at the screenshot at
http://www.lesswatts.org/projects/powertop/, I noticed that firefox-bin
there was causing the same issue. Therefore, the bug is in xr.
