Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: firefox-3.0

Hello! I'm running firefox 3.0b3 (3.0~b3+nobinonly-0ubuntu4) on Ubuntu
Hardy.

When many files are queued in Downloads window, the overall percentage
is calculated only for files being downloaded at the moment, no matter
how much are in the queue. This causes some odd behavior, e.g. if I
begin downloading ten files, it'll look like this:

1) Overall percentage is 0%, two downloads started, other queued
2) As downloads progress, percentage grows (the only limit is 100%) until one of the files is downloaded.

http://dan.abramov.googlepages.com/Screenshot-1.png (notice that it
displays "88% of 8 files" while naturally it is 88% of TWO files being
downloaded at the moment).

3) One file is downloaded, and the percentage resets at some lesser
value, depending on the other download's progress.

http://dan.abramov.googlepages.com/Screenshot-2.png (see, now it's "36%
of 7 files", and naturally, again, it is 36% of TWO files).

It would not be so confusing if the percentage was calculated to total
size of ALL files (including those in queue), not only the ones
downloading NOW.

Thank you,
Daniel.
