[Bug 202454] [NEW] Scrolling continues after releasing arrow key

Binary package hint: firefox-3.0

When I hold the up or down key on the keyboard to scroll through a web
page, and I release the key, scrolling continues for a little while,
taking me further than where I want to be. Scrolling should stop as soon
as I release the key.
