[Bug 202740] [NEW] Firefox accesskey behavior broken

The accesskey behavior seems to be broken in Firefox3 used in Hardy
Heron. To reproduce, please visit the following web site:

   http://www.gerv.net/software/aul/accesskey.html

- click on "Underline access keys"
- try the accesskey (alt-shift-i, alt-shift-s, alt-shift-t, alt-shift-e, alt-shift-b and alt-shift-q)

When using Firefox 2, the accesskey on this page work as expected. When
using Firefox3, they don't work or are "hidden" by Firefox Menu
Accesskeys.
