There is way of reproducing this bug. Open multiple tabs, open youtube
videos and continue this iteration for next 10 minutes and you'll get
this error. This happened for me with Firefox 3 Beta 4 in Ubuntu Hardy
Alpha 6.

Every time when I open videos from Youtube and continue switching
videos, this happens for sure. I assume this problem must be something
to do with the flash plug-in.
