[Bug 204550] [NEW] When moving an e-mail inside thunderbird to a folder, assigned tags are removed

Steps to reproduce:

1) Tag an e-mail in the inbox (i.e. with the ToDo tag)
2) move the e-mail to a folder

The e-mail will not have the tag after moved into the folder.
