[Bug 125970] Re: slow scroll with image in the background

I just installed Opera in Hardy Heron. It works perfectly with the
'presidents' and 'dinosaurs2' examples given above. Firefox 3 is still
slow and jerky. So it seems to be an issue isolated in Firefox, not a OS
platform issue.
