[Bug 204719] [NEW] Firefox 3 language packs missing

Binary package hint: firefox

I didn't a find a bug about this, but maybe it's just so obvious
problem. So, Firefox 3 lacks all translations at the moment, which is
about as critical bug as it gets as Firefox is probably the most used
program in Ubuntu. So, just to have a bug open about it (until someone
finds me a duplicate about it...).

In addition to the program translations, bug #192333 needs to be fixed
so that the menu entry isn't untranslated in hardy (the translations are
already there in the firefox 2 packages).
