Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: firefox
Mozilla Firefox comes with search engines by default.
In Google, when you search for something, and it lists the links it find, and you click on the links, you get directly to the links.
In Yahoo, when you search for something, and it lists the links it finds, when you click on the links, it redirects you to them through themself, hence spying on their users.
Example, instead of linking directly to http://www.linux.com/ they link to;
* http://rds.yahoo.com/_ylt=A0oGkxY36.NHOFUA1vBXNyoA;_ylu=X3oDMTEzcnVyMjkyBHNlYwNzcgRwb3MDMQRjb2xvA3NrMQR2dGlkA0gwODVfMTI1/SIG=119t26bpi/EXP=1206205623/**http%3a//www.linux.com/
Yahoo has been criticized for their adware and spyware;

They also helped the Chinese government by giving up data, resulting in the imprisonment of Chinese political dissidents.
Shi Tao, a journalist working for a Chinese newspaper, was sentenced to 10 years in prison.

We should keep Google, Wikipedia and Creative Commons. Google is our strong ally.
However, Yahoo and eBay never did shit for us, why should we help them out?
