[Bug 199541] Re: whenever I open thunderbird it tries to open a website

If firefox is open, 2 tabs appear.  1st one says  Page Load Error trying
to go to "Firefox can't find the server at %locale%.www.mozilla.com."

The 2nd tab says "Welcome to Thunderbird" ,  going to http://en-
us.www.mozilla.com/en-US/thunderbird/2.0.0.12/start/
