Interesting. Did you upgrade or do a fresh Hardy install? I am checking
on a fresh Hardy install (fully updated as of today) and do not find
File|Templates|Address Book Source| only:
File|Templates|
  - Organize
  - Save
  - Edit

My version on Hardy, according to /usr/lib/openoffice/program/versionrc
