[Bug 206191] [NEW] [hardy beta] Firefox 3.0b4 "set as Desktop background" does not respond

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: firefox-3.0

I navigated to a .jpg online and used right-click, set as desktop
background to try and update my desktop wallpaper.  Nothing actually
happens.  I can see the preview in the window for all the options
(scale, stretch, center) but selecting the option to save the changes
seems to ignore my input.
