[Bug 206717] [NEW] sun java plugin not accessible within firefox

Binary package hint: firefox-3.0

i wanted to use the java web plugin on the following site http://irc.netsplit.de/webchat/?net=OFTC&room=sidux&nick=gast.
the firefox plugin finder service offered to download the appropiate java plugin. i choose sun java 6.

after i rebooted the website still does not work.

expected result:
java should work on website.
