Unless I'm mistaken, newer mouse drivers explictly reserve buttons 4, 5,
6, and 7 for scrolling functions, so we should be able to safely assume
that they do what we expect. (I don't actually own a mouse with more
that 3 buttons + a wheel, but that don't have a horizontal scroll, so I
can't test this)
