[Bug 209115] [NEW] menu buttons inactive after clicking "customize..."

Binary package hint: firefox-3.0

every time i select "customize toolbars..." from the right click menu
all the menu button (File, Help, etc.) go dead. hope this is fixed in
beta 5.
