Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: firefox-3.0

When I visit a web page, it will not load. I receive the message The
network link was interrupted while negotiating a connection. Please try
again.

Immediately I hit 'try again' and the web page loads properly.

Going to a Windows machine using Firefox, I never have this problem.
Going from Windows to Ubuntu to Windows, the error consistently happens
on Ubuntu but not on Windows.
