[Bug 209740] [NEW] resizing the window after maximizing it will make it not line up again

Steps:

1. goto: http://arstechnica.com/reviews/os/gnome-2-22-review.ars/3
2. Click on the Evolution picture under Section "Evolution"
3. Click on it to maximize it.
4. now resize it by dragging the window corner.
