Does running firefox in safe mode stop the crashing? to run in safe mode 
1. open terminal
2. type "firefox -safe-mode" without the "
Everyone it seems noone has given me if this happens with the latest firefox 3.0 in Hardy 3.0~b5+nobinonly-0ubuntu3
