Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: firefox-3.0

Firefox 2 and 3 both, tested it on Ubuntu 7.10 and 8.04. Javascript
modifications to pages are drawn when they shouldn't be, not drawn when
they should be, or drawn in an unreadable manner. Best publicly
available example is www.rightnowradio.com Opera has the same problem,
so it's probably somewhere in the supporting libraries.

I have machines available for testing purposes if that helps.
