It appears to be Greasemonkey, disable the extention, and restart
firefox.  Tried loading all plugins one at a time and it was
greasemonkey that I loaded last, so its either a problem with just
greasemonkey or a compination of greasemonkey and one of the other
aforementioned add-ons.
