[Bug 234751] [NEW] marquees do not display correctly

Binary package hint: firefox-3.0

Marquees that display correctly under Firefox 2.0.0.14 and IE 6 & 7 get
trashed under Firefox 3b5.  The marquee runs from right to left as it
should, but the line of text seems to be missing the bottom 80% of the
line.  Examples may be found at http://www.shepherdrescue.org.  There is
normally one marquee, and sometimes there are two or more.  I am using
Ubuntu 8.04 on this machine, having previously used 7.10 and a few
others.  This is the only version of Firefox that has shown the problem.
My other Windows machines on Firefox 2.0.0.14 display the marquees
correctly.
