Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: firefox-3.0

After playing a flash video, the CPU usage will go peak to about 80
percent and remain there until Firefox is closed. Also, while firefox is
still open, no other programs will have access to the sound system. Once
Firefox is closed, the other programs will have sound. Sometime, a
reboot is required to completely restore normal functionality.
