I can confirm this behavior. This will occur if TMP is initialized before Ubufox. If you edit the file "extensions.ini" within the profile so UbuFox is initialized prior TMP it seems to work fine. I.e:
Extension22=/usr/lib/firefox-3.0.4/extensions/ubufox at ubuntu.com
Extension23=/home/max/.mozilla/firefox/v8fvqcmu.default/extensions/{dc572301-7619-498c-a57d-39143191b318}

This is only a temporary work around until the developer of TMP and
UbuFox speak together and decide who has to update his coding. Until
then if you install another extension or update an extension the
arrangement of the source lines may revert the manually changes.
