[Bug 276952] [NEW] Firefox Slow to Close & Reopen - Warnign Dialog

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: firefox-3.0

When firefox is closed, the window disappears immediately.
But if it is reopened quickly, it complains that another instance is running.

The user experience would be better if:
1. Firefox closed more quickly
2. Its open/closed state was refreshed more quickly
3. The 'can't open multiple instances' dialog waited for a second or two for the previous instance to finish shutting down before actually posting the dialog

This would avoid the warning dialog in the common close/reopen
situation.
