[Bug 277066] [NEW] firefox starts with window decoration under the top gnome menu panel

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: firefox

Installed Intrepid AMD 64 Desktop, http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/daily-
live/20081001/intrepid-desktop-amd64.iso and started up firefox (I
believe it's version 3.0.3+build1+nobinonly+0ubuntu1).

The firefox window decoration is positioned under the top Gnome menu
panel, as shown by the attached screen dump.

Other Gnome applications don't seem to start with this incorrect screen
offset.
