Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: firefox-3.0

How to reproduce this bug on my machine:

Open a few tabs in FF3, some of them being www.google.com. Search for
some things on all google tabs. In one of those windows (doesn't always
have to be the leftmost one, but it usually is), scroll using your mouse
wheel all the way to the bottom of the page. Scroll back up. The two
radio buttons under the Google search input box will be chopped off at
the bottom (the way they are drawn).

I am using Kubuntu 8.10 Beta with KDE 4.1.2 and Firefox 3.03
