There is an update to flashplugin-nonfree that has been backported to Hardy Heron.
GO to System-->Administration-->Software Sources
CLick the "updates" tab
Make sure the box next to "Unsupported Updates (Hardy Backports)" is checked
click "close" and make sure to click "reload"
go into System-->administration-->synaptic package manager
do a search for flashplugin-nonfree, it should notify you its upgradable
ONLY upgrade that package
Make sure to go back into software sources and turn off hardy-backports when you're done.
