[Bug 278556] [NEW] Noscript does not show placeholders for blocked objects

Steps to reproduce
* install mozilla-noscript and ubuntu-restricted-extras
* (Re)start Firefox 3
* Reset NoScript options
* Check "Apply these restrictions to trusted sites too" in Plugins tab.
* go to a youtube.com video page  in Firefox 3
* Allow youtube.com
* Allow ytimg.com

I expect to see placeholder of the Flash object (like I did in Ubuntu
8.04), but I don't see it.
