Sorry. The problem is persisting. However I discovered that it happens
only after suspend/resume. Restarting X-server doesn't help.
Additionally suspend/resuming before login doesn't create this problem.
I suppose the difference is that before the login suspendin is done by
acpi-support and after login with gpm. Will diagnose further and report
back tomorrow
