Public bug reported:

Hello everybody,

this problem affects Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux x86_64; en-US;
rv:1.9.0.3) Gecko/2008101315 Ubuntu/8.10 (intrepid) Firefox/3.0.3 as
installed today from the Intrepid repositories.

When launching Firefox for the first time after installation an
information bar hosting a button labeled "Know your rights" appears.
When clicking this button, the browser navigates to "about:rights", but
instead of correctly rendering a page, it just brings up an XML parsing
error:

-- 8< --
XML Parsing Error: unclosed token
Location: jar:file:///usr/lib/firefox-3.0.3/chrome/browser.jar!/content/browser/aboutRights.xhtml
Line Number 3, Column 1:<!--
                                      ^
-- 8< --

(The comment opened on the third line is never closed).

Regards,
Thilo
