[Bug 285942] [NEW] Default config should disable "allow pages to choose their own fonts..."

Public bug reported:

Many users complain on linux about the fonts in Firefox.

A trivial workaround is available :
Edit → Preferences → Content → Fonts / Advances... → disable "Allow pages to choose their own fonts..."

I think this option should be disable by default.
