so what happens if you do this? do you get a crash? If so, we need  a
crash report. There are some ways described on
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/MozillaTeam/Bugs#Crashes. If you have a .crash
file for firefox /var/crash/ you can also submit that by double-clicking
on it.
