[Bug 286302] [NEW] My firefox is opening with two tabs in my Vista Home, but doesn't on dual boot of XP

I open my firefox in Vista Home OS and it has two tabs, when my dual
boot of XP doesn't have this problem.  It's annoying cuz it can slow
down how fast firefox will open.  And with a dual core processor, I
shouldn't be having any delays.  I'd sure appreciate some advice on how
to fix this.
