Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: mozilla-thunderbird

Hello

Thunderbird crashes here in Intrepid if i use the Profilemanager.

Steps to reproduce the problem:

1. install tunderbird and thunderbird-gnome-support
2. don't have any existing .mozilla-thunderbird directory
3. start in gnome-terminal thunderbird -profilemanager
4. create a profile with
5. create a second profile
6. try to start one of these profiles

The start is aborted with an error:

laptop:~$ thunderbird -profilemanager
The program 'thunderbird-bin' received an X Window System error.
This probably reflects a bug in the program.
The error was 'BadWindow (invalid Window parameter)'.
  (Details: serial 802 error_code 3 request_code 20 minor_code 0)
  (Note to programmers: normally, X errors are reported asynchronously;
that is, you will receive the error a while after causing it.
To debug your program, run it with the --sync command line
option to change this behavior. You can then get a meaningful
backtrace from your debugger if you break on the gdk_x_error() function.)
