[Bug 289156] [NEW] top header bar switches brown to transparent or dissappears no top menu bar

top brown menu bar goes from brown to transparent to completely dissappears and is restored by hitting F11 button.
Unbutu 8.04 lts.on start up top menu bar is not always loaded and displayed (brown bar) sometimes the bar is missing and you have a asterisk at top right. Hardy Heron release. firefox 3.0.3 build 1 +nobir
 i expect that the menu top bar will be stable always coming up and not having to reset by using f11 for full screen and toggling back from full screen to restore top menu bar. Why it randomly loads and then goes from brown to transparent then dissappears altogether is un determined to me.
