Gibby : What you are talking about is bug 99740, which is not fixed. You
can read workarounds and solutions for this problem in the bug
description. As I said, please avoid asking support in launchpad bug
tracker, it's not designed for this purpose. Instead, prefer help
forums, answers.launchpad.net or even email me and I'll be happy to
assist you more outside of this bug report. Thanks!
