[Bug 263938] [NEW] FFe for firefox-3.0/xulrunner-1.9 stability upgrades + webbrowser (free) branding

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: firefox

we need to update firefox/xulrunner, when upstream makes new bits
available (for stability/security reasons).

Further, this FFe should cover the introduction of a branding split
package. New binary packages will be:

 firefox-3.0-branding
 webbrowser-3.0-branding
 webbrowser

The branding changes are already on the .head branch and will be
uploaded any minute.

         Status: Confirmed
