Same thing for me on a MacBook 3,1 running Ibex, with Firefox only so far.
As I haven't been able to figure out how to remap the F11 key from a mouse-click yet, the way I solved it was to select View|Fullscreen, then restore from the fullscreen titlebar buttons, then drag the window down & resize manually.
This seems to have fixed the immediate problem.
