[Bug 355882] [NEW] restart notification shows up even after you restart

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: firefox

When you upgrade Firefox with the upgrade manager, your existing Firefox
windows get a nice notification bar asking for a restart.

If you do not do so, but instead reboot the whole system, after starting
Firefox again you still see the yellow notification bar asking for a
restart.  Why?  I rebooted, which stopped Firefox (obviously) and now I
started it again.  How is that different from a restart?

I believe you can also reproduce the bug by doing 'killall firefox' and
starting it again: the notification bar doesn't go away.
