[Bug 269929] Re: Clicking File or Bookmarks causes unexpected results

The bookmarks.html in the root folder didn't contain the bookmarks
listed in my menu, I exported a new bookmarks.html through "organise
bookmarks" to the root folder and replaced the existing one. Fixed it
for me.
