Yes, it happens after restarting Firefox (and after restarting the
computer itself).

No extensions - have disabled ubufox but no change.

As for steps to reproduce it - it started after the today's Jaunty
updates and was fine before - can't think of anything I've done to cause
it, and it happens every time I open Firefox. I have also noticed that
as well as not showing my saved passwords, it no longer offers to save
any new passwords.
