[Bug 362150] [NEW] Firefox 3.0.8 crashes: *** glibc detected *** /usr/lib/firefox-3.0.8/firefox when site marked with noscript 1.9.1.91

Binary package hint: firefox-3.0

Firefox randomly crashes when I mark a website (selecting an option)
with noscript. Sometimes noscript works and other times it does not.
I've provided further information about my operating system and other
data from the console.

I have seen no other documented case of this specific error on the
internet with my search term "*** glibc detected ***
/usr/lib/firefox-3.0.8/firefox: malloc(): memory corruption: 0x0af53e38
***" or a lesser search term of "*** glibc detected ***
/usr/lib/firefox-3.0.8/firefox:". I have checked for other versions of
firefox that may have the same issue by searching for ""*** glibc
detected *** /usr/lib/firefox-3.0.*" and have been assuming they were
unrelated unsuccessful search results as the errors were not exactly the
same, and the recommended specified solutions were invalid.

I checked log files and and such and no further information was present.
I'm not sure how to mine my system for further information. I welcome
any suggestions regarding possible solutions to this bug (it's rather
frustrating) and I'm thankful for all considerations. Let me know if I
can assist further also.
