Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: firefox-3.0
I am able to display videos from Youtube and other sites, however I am
not able to display videos from Http://www.theonion.com
I believe it may have something to do with Apple quicktime 10, but I am
a noob and not that familiar with Linux. I have checked for the latest
version of ndswrapper and it seems to be installed correctly.
I am not sure if this problem is with my AMD-64 version, or if it is a
problem across all platforms.
Release: Ubuntu 8.10
Expected: Video from www.theonion.com to display.
Actual: Screen appears to load, but video never displays. Firefox does NOT crash...just no video.
